Refer a family by clicking the link below. Please note that to qualify for our retreat:

•  The family must have a cancer patient in the immediate family (parent, legal guardian, or child) who resides in the home.

• The cancer patient must have received treatment within the last 12 months.

• The family must have at least one child between the ages of 5 – 18 still living at home.

• The family must be new to Thumbs Up Mission (families who have attended a prior retreat are not eligible to be referred)..

• Our Retreats are Georgia-based. Travel expenses to/from retreats is the responsibility of the family.
